In every conflict, there is a silent majority. The Upstander Initiative by The Share Kindness Project is designed to mobilize that majority. We don't just teach students how to identify bullying; we give them the tools, the confidence, and the "social scripts" to intervene safely and effectively.

Three Pillars of an Upstander
To be an Upstander is to move with purpose. Our program focuses on three core competencies:
Awareness
Recognizing the subtle signs of exclusion and digital harassment.
See what others ignore.
Agency
Building the self-esteem necessary to speak up against the crowd.
Find your voice.
Action
Learning safe intervention strategies (Direct, Distract, or Delegate).
Stop the cycle.
